Regular Service
This takes place every 5000km ( 3000 miles). The mechanics change the engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, and depending on condition the engine air filter (if a customer uses the vehicle in a very dusty environment, chances are this filter will be changed every 5000km). Additionally, the mechanics will check coolant levels, brake fluid levels, belts, freon levels, inspect and adjust the brakes, check the lights, etc. Every 20,000km the same steps as the 5,000km will take place just that this time the transmission oil is changed. Furthermore, a complementary wash is given to the customer.
Repairs
The mechanics are trained to do clutch jobs, brake jobs, suspension jobs, electrical works, and air conditioning repairs. (We don't repair transmissions and we try to avoid doing overhauls unless it is absolutely necessary.
Parts
King Motors keeps heavy inventory of parts as we believe in giving the customer the after sales service that they deserve. We do have a mobile servicing vehicle and we are working on offering 24/7 roadside assistance.
